The fresh baked pecan pie I had featured an incredibly flaky crust, perfectly cooked all around, with a bright caramel custard filling loaded with delicious pecan halves that added great texture. Bill Miller's also impressed me with their fast service, tasty ribs, well-seasoned breakfast tacos, and consistently good iced tea. Though some items like the brisket were a bit lean, the generous portions and affordable prices make it a solid choice for satisfying, quick meals.
