The gentleman working on the evening of February 10th around 5 PM really impressed me with his exceptional customer service after a mix-up with my pizza order. He not only offered me the mistaken pizza, but he also ensured my correct order was remade and delivered to my home at no charge, plus provided a certificate for a free pizza. I've been a fan of Wise Guys for years, and this experience just reinforced my love for their delicious food and commitment to great service.
