Sitting around the sizzling hibachi, the lively chef's tricks and stories wove a warm, unforgettable energy through the air, making every bite of tender steak and perfectly seasoned fried rice feel like a celebration. The fresh sushi, generous portions, and welcoming atmosphere brought comfort and joy to our table, leaving me eager to return and savor it all again.

Recently had a fantastic dining experience at Mt. Fuji's Hibachi tables with chef Thomas who brought both skill and entertainment to the table. The food was delicious, with great portion sizes and a friendly atmosphere that made the visit truly enjoyable.
