Horrible customer service, seems like there is never a manager on site it is the same rude, lazy and unprofessional girl employee who always seems to be there and is mad at life. I would give you her name, but she stated she didn't need to give me her name when I asked her for it. It has been 3 times in a row now, at different hours of the day, that they are out of main ingredients, so why even open? I called 1-16-21 prior to going to see if they had the 3 main proteins I wanted to order. Arriving at 6:30 pm the unpleasant employee comes out from the back annoyed that someone came in and makes my order wrong. Tossing plates, like it is my fault, answering rudely back to me, like she is doing me a favor. She then says she is out of crab meat. I asked why is it every time I go, they are out of ingredients? She gave excuse that they close at 7pm. I come different hours of the day and it's the same story? She then says , well I don't know. I asked if there was a number so I could call to complain or speak to a manager and she said, no there isn't. Many people complain and they don't do anything. I can see that, because she is still working there. I then asked for her name, because she was being rude and she snapped back and said, no you are being rude and I don't need to give you my name. What is your name? I replied, Monica. So employee knows exactly who this is. I walked out and left her standing there with three served plates. I will never return to this location again, no wonder it is always dead and they never re stock on their ingredients, no one returns there and with that little girl who hates her job talking to clients like that, I took my business to Poke 3. Review your cameras in your store of the example you have there representing your business. I give it zero stars and DO NOT recommend.
