Extremely disappointed. We went in January and our experience was just ok. The food wasn't right. Crabs were super slow to come out. Waitress was rude. We decided to give it another try just to see if maybe it was just a bad night but found out quickly it was not. I saw that their website said they didn't have AYCE crabs today so I called the restaurant and spoke to someone who informed me that they would be doing the AYCE but replacing the crabs with crab legs and informed me the price would be $39. We decided to go anyway since they had the leg option and drove over an hour to get there. When we were seated we were informed that we would need to pay $79 for all you can eat legs (even though that price usually includes crabs as well). I let the waitress know what I was told on the phone and she quickly rolled her eyes and said well thats wrong and walked away We were very upset because we had driven so far and if we were given correct information we never would have made the trip. We never even got an apology. We were hungry so we decided to stay and eat. My dad paid the ridiculous $79 for the AYCE legs and waited a ridiculous amount of time between trays. Each tray only had 3 clusters. My steak was cooked wrong so I had to send that back. The waitress had an attitude the rest of the night and acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her. After these 2 terrible experiences needless to say we will not be going back. Had we received an apology or any decency I may have given them another chance. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my dad said the legs were really good and my niece loved the crab pretzel. Unfortunately customer service is just as important as good food for us so we will not be returning.

My, first time eating crabs I certainly picked the right place. Steve, the owner gave me a lesson about different crabs and showed me how to eat them. Happy travelers from New Hampshire. Thank you.
