The Mushroom Chicken served here features crispy chicken strips generously covered in a rich, creamy gravy that reminds me of my high school lunch days. Food trucks often surprise with their ability to deliver such flavorful meals in a limited space, making them a unique dining experience. Despite the parking challenges, the consistent quality, friendly service, and delicious offerings make this food truck a favorite for many, including myself.
