First time visiting BWW in Pittsburg. Server was unattentive from the very beginning when we were one out of two tables. Husband ordered avocado burger for $13.29... first bite Looonnnggg hair attached from his mouth to his burger. Smaller Male manager replaced his food in increments. New burger, then fries 10 mins later. Manager did not care, spent $35 eating here and will never be back. Being in the service industry myself, I would never ask a customer to pay for a burger that had hair in it... even if it was replaced. I didnt mind paying for everything else.

Pittsburg kans store had the nastyest wing i have ever eaten,two nine piece with two orders of pickels,the wings tasted like just new sause put on them then micro to heat up.Could tell by the boxes this happened,torn, one smashed down.I did not notice this till i got home 20miles from store.I could not eat the wings so hard could not,the pickels were mushey,cold!I like hot wings but as of now either this need s too be righted or my few bucks goes elsewhere.Sad part my old dog turned her nose up at them!
