The cashier demonstrated exceptional skills, yet I was disappointed by the supervisor's reaction to a minor error. The cashier's professionalism and efficiency were overshadowed by the unnecessary reprimand. Despite this incident, the cashier's abilities were evident and deserving of recognition.
