The Chris Special poboy is an unforgettable combination of ham, roast beef, Swiss cheese, and shredded cabbage, all simmered in rich gravy and served on perfectly sized, soft yet sturdy bread that holds up beautifully to every flavorful bite. Coupled with their exceptional chicken and sausage gumbo, which surpasses all expectations, the warm, bustling atmosphere and friendly service make every visit a comforting and satisfying experience I eagerly anticipate repeating.
