On a rainy Sunday morning, I stopped by for breakfast and enjoyed a crispy bacon sandwich on an asiago bagel, accompanied by rich, flavorful coffee in a cozy dining room. The variety of bagels and cream cheeses was impressive, with generous servings that made the meal satisfying, though some popular options were already sold out by mid-morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere, but a reminder to bring cash is important since cards aren't accepted.

Arrived on a rainy Sunday morning after the blues festival, seeking a cozy spot for breakfast. Discovered this charming bagel shop and texted my grandson for his approval - he was spot on. Enjoyed delicious breakfast sandwiches on asiago bagels, with crispy bacon and generous fillings. The dining room ambiance was pleasant, the coffee satisfying, and the prices fair.

The place should be called The Albino Bagel.
The bagels are in color barely beyond off white and usually a pale tan.
I would bet they are not using enough malt and not using a high gluten flour. A long way from when the place was owned by Dave and Mindy. Bagels are okay if you put them in your oven and bake them for
5 ninutes at 425...7 minutes if you like dark cruncy bagels like I do.

I love the variety of BAGELS AND CREAM CHEESES! I agree that when I ate the bagel might have been a little over toasted so I suggest asking for it to be lightly toasted. I went and had a salt bagel with roasted garlic and herb cream cheese and a sliced tomato on top. That was my choice but there are many interesting bagel sandwiches on the menu and lots of toppings to mix and match. Lots of salt on the bagel so be prepared for that. All and all it was a very good experience the service was fast and friendly.
Cannot wait to return with friends and family.

Tasteless, like crusty lead balls, and very expensive. Tried eating them fresh warm from bakery then toasted. Had sesame and onion and all went in the trash. Amazing that others thought these were good bagels!
