• Plantain (cooking banana) is an African food staple. Gluten-free. Savoury banana deep fried and serve with stew

• Sadza & Veggies
• Sadza and African vegetables as a side or on its own. Sadza is made from Maize meal, or Mealie-meal, mixed with boiling water and stirred until a thick porridge consistency. The vegetables consist of spinach, tomato, onion and capsicum fried and is usually served with meat but can be eaten on their own and serves as a great meal anytime of the day.
