The barbecue sauce at Seward's Folly completely transformed my experience with their baby back ribs, and the service was impressively quick despite the busy atmosphere filled with sports fans and lively energy. From the perfectly balanced half BLT and crispy fries to the smooth, refreshing gimlet, every bite and sip made for a splendid evening with attentive staff and a welcoming, friendly vibe.
