Good hole-in-the-wall Mexican spot with tasty burritos, enchiladas, tacos & tamales at reasonable prices. Try the colossal California burrito, which is stuffed with a variety of grilled meats as well as beans and veggies, or one of the daily specials(like seafood enchiladas). Pumpkin tamales make a unique, delicious treat for dessert. (Steer clear of the burnt cookies though.) You can also buy premade trays of enchiladas to warm at home. A dimly lit space tucked in a tiny strip mall, containing no more than a handful of small no-nonsense tables, the atmosphere is nothing to swoon over. Plus, the place closes at the Puritanical hour of 6pm, making it inconvenient for many diners. But the fast, tasty, non-greasy Mexican eats and good deals definitely make it worth a stop.
