Kanji offers consistently delicious Japanese food with fresh sushi, flavorful fried rice, and that unbeatable ginger dressing I always grab to take home. The chefs bring great energy to the hibachi grill with their fun jokes and impressive knife skills, making every visit a memorable experience. Service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the generous portions keep me coming back time and time again.

I had an amazing experience at a Japanese Steakhouse that surpassed all the others I've tried. The food was delicious, especially the fried rice and ginger dressing, which I now buy by the pint for home. The service was excellent, with a friendly chef who made our meal entertaining, and I can't wait to return to explore more of the menu!
