Sushi is only available on Fridays and Saturdays, and the tuna roll here has the darkest, richest color I've ever seen, making it some of the freshest sushi I've had in decades. The shrimp roll with fresh asparagus instead of cucumber was a nice twist, and their honey wasabi sauce offers a unique balance of heat and sweetness that's hard to find elsewhere. After buying everything from lobsters to crab cakes and wild-caught shrimp, I can say the seafood quality, variety, and friendly, knowledgeable staff keep me coming back year after year.
