Let me first start by saying I had not re-entered this mall is over several years until I was made aware of the specials Dillard's now has in this location. We thought we had stumbled onto " The Five and Dinner" but it was not. We were greeted by a nice young man apparently from our first view, working alone. We ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger Med rare combo and a vanilla shake. It was very clear from the start that this person was new and really needed help. He was unable to multi-task let alone make a burger medium rare. After waiting for over 15 minutes and watching the debacle before our eyes I projected my voice to the apparent person in the rear of the place that your singular staff was in major need of help. After a few moments of interaction with this rude, condescending and poor manager-owner we had had enough. With regret, he gave us our money back and we left shaking our heads. We would have thought since is WAS his fault he would try to make it right. But then all he did was make excuses and argue with us, and then he had the audacity to berate this poor young man that was obviously poorly trained in front of us. THIS IS WHY THIS MALL WILL FAIL. PEOPLE LIKE THIS RUN THEMSLEVES OUT OF BUSINESS.
