It is extremely annoying that they are killing concept of repeate customers.
For example, you like some cookie and go back for that particular flavor and they don't have it. They offer completely different which you may don't want it.
Another example; if you go to pizza shop for pizza they tell you we don't have pizza but have chicken nuggets today.( take it or leave it)
I hope they change their Idiotic and annoying practice.
Please don't get me wrong, their cookies are delicious but we are forced to get whatever they have and we have NO Choice.
