• Quesataco Plate
• We fused a quesadilla with our Tradicional tacos for a unique Taco experience. We make a quesadilla then top it like we do our Tradicional Tacos. The plate comes with 5 Quesatacos
• Shrimp Tacos
• Two flour or corn tortillas, fresh onions, cilantro, sautéed onions, and dallop of guacamole. shrimp is available breaded and fried or grilled.
• Rock Tacos
• Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco. The dish is a spicy stew, traditionally made from goat meat or mutton, but occasionally from beef or chicken. The dish is often served at celebratory occasions, such as weddings and baptisms, and holidays, such as Christmas and Easter. It is also suggested as a hangover remedy. Preparation techniques vary, but the dish is often served with corn tortillas, onion, and lime. Traditionally, the meat is marinated in adobo spices.

During a recent soccer tournament delay at the Paradise Coast Sports complex, my daughter discovered Paco's Tacos food truck parked nearby. The churros were a hit, and the Quesadilla and steak burrito were flavorful and satisfying. I'm excited to visit Paco's Tacos again, even without a thunderstorm, after finding this gem at the Providence Flea.
