One word: Overpriced!
Food is OK, their carryout service is horrible. Several of us order takeout at our office and at least one of us has an order that is not right. Side is missing, wrong side order etc. I still don't know how a 6 piece wing box w/fries that the menu said 5.99 and one drink came to over $9. Teaches me that I should always check my receipt and not to go there.
