Visiting Santa Fe for the first time, I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome and the inviting atmosphere that allowed me to watch the kitchen in action while enjoying expertly crafted cocktails. The food was exceptional, from the perfectly cooked ribeye and duck fat potatoes to the innovative dishes like bison with homemade burrata and the unforgettable bourbon pecan pie. The attentive and knowledgeable staff, combined with the fresh, farm-to-table ingredients and a cozy yet refined ambiance, made for a truly memorable dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.
