I've actually worked there, and I can say that it wasn't great. Trainees aren't trained correctly, only 3-4 people work at a time. The phone often gets ignored if are too busy, this is usually due to not having enough employees work in a single shift. Employees never get hours or have them get cut, yet they keep hiring. Most employees are high school students, and the managers (4 in total) have been there for a few years at least. Also, it's expensive. Want nacho cheese on your Chilli cheese fries? That's an extra 50 cents. Slice cheese also costs extra if the customer wants it on the hunger buster and belt buster (single and double meat burgers). Want Jalapeños on your burger? Extra 50 cents. Want BBQ sauce or ranch with your chicken tenders? That's right! They charge you for that too, or at least the manager said that employees are supposed to charge. Not everyone does. You can't have two cards being charged at once. So if drive through is paying with a card, the customer at the counter will have to wait. Not only that, but the card readers take a full minute to two to actually go through and print the merchant copy. I can go on and on. Basically customers are not happy, but now their own employees aren't happy. Something needs to change, but will it? Probably not. The only good thing is that the food tastes good. But the customer might wait 20-40 minutes before they get it, and it might be cold if they ordered over the phone or drive thru. I hope not all DQs are like this...
