I had the most incredible breakfast burritos during my time working in the oilfields of Texas. This tiny roadside eatery in Aspermont served up some of the most delicious burritos I've ever tasted. The barbacoa, combination, and bacon, potato, and cheese burritos were my absolute favorites, especially when paired with their spicy green salsa for an extra kick.
