Nilda's creations totally knocked my socks off with their moist, flavorful cakes that somehow manage to be both dense and silky at the same time-seriously, her tres leches tastes like a dreamy horchata in cake form. Ordering was a breeze with quick texts back and forth, and the cake showed up looking so gorgeous it was almost a crime to cut into it, but every bite was pure bliss, especially the guava filling that stole the show. Whether it's a massive wedding cake or a humble slice of tres leches soaking in sweet milk, Nilda's treats bring that soulful Latin magic that makes you want to keep coming back for more.
