The waitress was great, so let's start with that. The food was delicious.
This was my first outing with friends since things opened up. We were sat at a big table for the three of us. It was perfect. Got our water and bread. It was a popover, but it was for the three of us to share. This meant that we'd all have to touch it to pull apart. Then, another two person party was seated RIGHT next to us, when there were other tables available. My friend went and mentioned that she felt uncomfortable with such close seating (it was not 6 ft). The hostess and two other people peeked around the corner at us, obviously talking about us. But never approached. We asked the waitress if we could move if it was still her table. She was happy to comply with our request. My feeling is that they should've moved the other party, as we had been sitting there for a bit, or at least confirmed what the issue was.
This just was not what I expected. It's not an inexpensive place to go. They should have the table distancing figured out at this point, not to mention expecting people to all rip bread apart with germy hands. My anxiety about going out to eat was confirmed with this experience.

We enjoy celebrating special occasions at the Copper Door, usually at the Bedford location. But tonight we went to the Salem location, big mistake. The food was excellent which we enjoyed BUT the service was terrible. This was a very early dinner 4:30pm, so it wasn't a busy time and our waiter was in such a rush. I was trying to order and he just said OK OK, I had to ask him to stop and let me complete my order. When ever we needed something he'd stop in a rush and only listen to half of our request and start to walk away. Finally I said, Please stop rushing and let us explain what we want in full. He than proceeded to tell me "that he has other customers to deal with" . As you can imagine our Anniversary dinner was spoiled by a not so well trained or kind waiter. And also I have a problem paying $3.50 for a cup of tea. I asked for a second cup and he only gave me hot water no tea bag. Awful. Never again
